Situated in Glasgow's fashionable and and vibrant
West End, Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens is
just 20 minutes from Glasgow Airport and easily
accessible from the M8. The hotel is within a mile
of Glasgow University and only a short distance from
The Botanic Gardens. On street parking is freely
available.
Your wedding co-ordinator will be delighted to help
plan your perfect day including sourcing and
liaising with suppliers. On the day itself, our
dedicated staff will be on hand to cater to your
every need from your meeting your guests on arrival
to ensuring that the day runs smoothly to the very
last moment.
The hotel is licensed to hold religious or civil
ceremonies and partnerships for up to 70 guests.
Our unique collection of private rooms will seat
from 2 to 80 guests and all retain original features
such as open fireplaces, ornate corniced ceilings
and bay windows. Our private rooms can be
transformed from a formal Ceremony during the day to
a stunning candle-lit dining room in the evening.
The Glenlivet is the largest of our private
rooms seating up to 30 on one oval table, and up to
50 on round tables. The Glenlivet combined with
Ardbeg will seat up to 80 on round tables and host
up to 100 for a cocktail-style evening event.
The Ardbeg can seat up to 16 on one table.
The Glengoyne can seat up to 10 on one
tables.
The Macallan - large comfortable sofas, soft
lighting and a roaring fire provide a sumptuous
lounge area for guests to feel at home whilst
celebrating with a flute of chilled champagne.
The Terrace - perfect for photographs and
champagne receptions, the terraced garden can be
accessed directly from House 5.
Townhouse No 5 can be hired out in its entirety,
including use of the Glenlivet, Ardbeg, Glengoyne,
Macallan and 12 'individually' designed luxurious

Our award-winning Chef has a wealth of experience to
bring to your wedding breakfast. We use the finest
fresh, local produce and will provide a memorable
gourmet experience to celebrate your wedding. Menus
are complimented by a sample wine list. Menu

£18.50 pp.

DIRECTIONS FROM NORTH, SOUTH AND EDINBURGH
From the M8, take junction 17 and follow signs for
A82 Dumbarton/Kelvinside (Great Western Road).
Continue straight along this road through:
1 Pedestrian Lights
3 Traffic Lights
2 Pelican Lights
Approximately 1.5 miles after leaving the motorway,
you will come to a set of traffic lights where the
Botanic Gardems are situated on your right hand
side, (junction of Byres Road/ Queen Margaret
Drive.) Travel through these traffic lights, at the
second set of traffic lights after the Hilton turn
left into Hyndland Road. (You will see us on the
corner of Hyndland Road with Great Western Road)
Take first road to the right, into Hughenden Road,
right again at the mini-roundabout and then a
further right at the end of the road. There is
parking available at the front of the hotel.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT
From the M8, take A739 Clyde Tunnel. After coming
through the Clyde Tunnel, continue straight ahead
through:

Now keep in left hand lane and follow the signs for
City Centre/Kelvinside. After negotiating this
junction you will pass under a railway bridge - you
are now are on the A82 (Great Western Road).
Continue straight ahead through three sets of
traffic lights and turn right at the next set into
Hyndland Road. (You should see us on your right, on
the corner of Hyndland Road with Great Western Road)
Take first road to the right, into Hughenden Road,
right again at the mini-roundabout and then a
further right at the end of the road. There is
parking available at the front of the hotel.
