Situated in the
heart of Glasgow’s trendy Merchant city, the
Trades Hall is one of the most historic
buildings in Glasgow. Indeed, it is only one of
two buildings in Glasgow still used for its’
original purpose – the other being Glasgow
Cathedral. Its stunning interiors, first class
service, award winning catering and completely
flexible approach all combine to make the Trades
Hall the perfect venue for your celebration.
The Hall has a variety of rooms which allow you
to be completely flexible – be it 2 or 220
guests. All rooms are licensed for all types of
ceremonies including humanist and civil
partnerships.
From initial
enquiry through to the completion of your event,
you will have a personal and efficient service
and, as we completely understand that each event
is unique, we will be delighted to tailor a
proposal to suit your specific requirements.
Catering
Our in-house
Caterers will provide first class cuisine with
an irresistible array of menus featuring fresh
local produce. We are delighted to offer you a
“taster” of your chosen menu to assist you in
deciding on your menu.
Testimonials
"Thank you so
very much for making our wedding on 6th
August the best it possibly could have been.
The location was sensational but more
importantly you were all warm, friendly,
extremely professional and very well
organised. It was seamless!
Our heartfelt
thanks and good luck for the future." Julie and Alan
"Cris and I
would like to thank you for making our
wedding a huge success and the most
enjoyable day and evening for our guests.
We planned and organised this from Spain and
didn’t even see The Trades Hall until three
weeks before the Wedding. The pictures
didn’t do it justice. Booking a wedding
whilst living abroad was fairly daunting but
all questions were answered quickly and
efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble.
Everyone made sure that the whole day went
without a hitch and did this to perfection.
We are truly grateful to all the staff at
The Hall from the chefs and kitchen staff to
the waiting staff who ensured that our
friends and family were looked after. I can
only say I can’t recommend them highly
enough and wish you all the very best." Aisling and Cris
