THE DUMFRIES ARMS HOTEL IS ARGUABLY AYRSHIRE’S MOST STYLISH MULTIPURPOSE WEDDING VENUE.

We can accommodate both small intimate wedding as well as grand elaborate celebrations for up to 250 guests. From the first meeting to the big days itself, we have expert staff who will guide you through your arrangements to ensure that your special day is just the way that you want it. We pride ourselves on our flexible approach ensuring that your requests are met wherever possible.

CEREMONY & SUITE

Our function suite can be used to conduct the wedding ceremony as well as the celebratory wedding breakfast itself. For the evening reception, the room is transformed into a sophisticated ballroom with a dance floor and mood lighting to ensure the right ambiance for you to dance the night away.

The suite has a removable partition which allows for ceremonies and weddings of various sizes to take place and the room is self-contained with its own extensive marble bar and separate toilets.
There are a variety of wedding ceremonies that can be conducted within the suite and this will depend on each person’s individual preference.

Each room has been decorated to the highest of standards and we offer a variety of room styles to cater for most needs. These range from easy access rooms, family rooms, adjoining rooms and the ultimate luxury of the Lennox suite, or the Honeymoon suite as it is known to our newlyweds.

I can honestly say this is a world class venue the staff in particular the wedding organizer were fantastic. The rooms were an excellent size food out of this world. I've never come across staff so willing to help and very friendly. This venue is highly recommended for any occasion.
