Kilrie Granary's beautiful location is a perfect destination for hosting almost any function. The spacious grounds and 2 dedicated event rooms make it ideal for anything from a business meeting to a wedding.

On the upper floor, the Long Gallery is a lovely, light and airy 23 metre long space, perfect for a special function, reception or exhibition, which can seat up to 80. The Granary Hall on the ground floor can accommodate up to 24 guests for a sit down dinner, lunch or meeting, or up to 60 for a wedding reception, dance or drinks party.

Outside, the rolling lawn and pretty gardens provide an excellent space for an outdoor event. There is ample space for a large marquee to be erected should you wish to host a sizeable event. Each space can be booked separately or all together.

Accommodation

The Granary Cottage is a recently refurbished self-contained holiday home at the South end of the building. The cottage incorporates a lovely, bright and spacious kitchen/sitting room that opens out onto a terrace, leading onto the rolling lawn and pretty gardens. There are two generously sized bedrooms, both featuring en-suite facilities (one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath) and furnished to the highest standard.

The cottage has a separate entrance, driveway and ample parking for guests; giving you complete privacy during your stay. This is a quiet and peaceful place to visit surrounded by farmland and forest. There is a large duck pond that attracts various species of bird throughout the year, a doocot, and a waterfall nearby.

Just a mile away from the East Fife Coastal Path and close to many historical attractions including some of the best golf courses in the world, there's something to suit everyone's taste.
